This is a user guide for integrating client application with Jiomeet, a secure and HD video calling application that helps you seamlessly collaborate, anytime, anywhere!

Signing Up​

Follow these simple steps to begin your journey. You'll first need to sign up for a personalized user account with JioMeet Server.

  • Navigate to our sign-up page from here.
  • Register your email address and other required details.
  • Verify your email ID through the OTP confirmation link sent to your inbox.
  • Upon successful verification, you'll be redirected to your personalised JioMeet dashboard.

Requesting a Free JioMeet Plan​

Below are the steps to enroll for a usage plan with JioMeet server:

  1. Access the left-hand sidebar on your dashboard.
  2. Click on the "Billing" section.
  3. Enter your necessary details and submit your request.
  4. Our dedicated JioMeet team will review and approve your plan request for free minutes, as applicable

Creating Your JioMeet App​

While the plan request is getting approved, it's time to create your JioMeet app and explore the various options available:

  • Click on "Create a New App" to get started.
  • Now, let's fill in the details:
    • App Name: Give your app a unique and meaningful name.
    • Subdomain: Choose a subdomain prefix that suits your app.
    • Use Case: Describe the purpose or use case for your application.
    • Description: Provide a brief description of what your app will do.
    • Authentication: Select the type of authentication you prefer:
      • Two-Step Authentication: Creates private and public keys.
      • One-Step Authentication: Utilizes secret-based authentication.
    • Private Key Storage (Two-Step Auth): Choose this option to allow JioMeet store your private key.

Congratulations! You've successfully joined JioMeet and created your very own app. Now, you can create rooms and harness the power of seamless video calling, collaboration, and communication.
